VARIAIR U 5 Series

The Becker VARIAIR U 5 Series comprises rotary vane vacuum pumps designed for deep vacuum applications. These pumps are equipped with a frequency inverter and operate with oil lubrication. Built with robust construction, the rotary vane pumps are well-suited for applications with higher pressure differences in both vacuum and pressure.The mechanism involves an eccentrically mounted rotor with slots that rotates within a cylindrical housing. Precisely fitting sliding vanes move within these slots, effectively separating individual working chambers. In contrast to dry-running rotary vane pumps, the oil-lubricated pumps not only seal the working chambers but also transport oil.
This feature enables the pumps to generate a fine vacuum, making them suitable for applications requiring a high
level of vacuum.
