Multi Circuit Ejector – MCE

Multi Circuit Ejector (MCE) is an air driven single stage ejector with multiple independent vacuum circuits
. As each channel has its own nozzle, vacuum is securely maintained in all channels regardless of how many are in direct contact with the lifted object.
If extra safety is demanded, vacuum holding valves are available

Description

These features make MCE suitable for applications such as in and out feeds of metal forming machines.
MCE may be equipped with a patented monitoring system – AMS (AVAC Monitoring System) – which solely enables simultaneous analysis of all channels in sealed applications.
Safe operation with separated vacuum circuits.
Integrated rapid-release function for fast distinct release.
Patented and awarded (Blechexpo 2017) monitoring system – AMS.
Available with vacuum holding valves.
